募款行政專員(募款業務)

本職位主要支援募款團隊日常行政與營運工作,確保請款、採購、攤位安排、資料維護與物資管理等流程即時且正確執行,以支援募款活動順暢運作。

主要工作內容:

  • 支援募款團隊之日常行政與營運工作,確保募款活動順利進行。
  • 協調團隊相關行政事務,包括會議安排、內部活動、文件準備及後續追蹤。
  • 支援財務及採購相關行政流程,包括付款申請、費用追蹤,以及與財務部門的協調作業。
  • 協助管理募款設備與物資,包括採購、分配、庫存追蹤及品質維護。
  • 協助處理募款攤位申請、排程安排及核准相關行政流程,並與內外部相關單位進行協調。
  • 提供募款團隊招募與新進人員報到之行政支援,包括面試安排、候選人聯繫,以及新進同仁文件、設備與系統帳號之準備。

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. Fundraising Administration officer

To support the daily administrative and operational functions of the fundraising team and the project coordination , ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, procurements, booth arrangements, data maintenance, and materials management to support smooth fundraising operations.

Major Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the fundraising team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate team logistics including meeting arrangements, internal activities, documentation preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Support financial and procurement administration, including payment requests, expense tracking, and coordination with the Finance team.
  • Assist in managing fundraising equipment and materials, including procurement, distribution, inventory tracking, and quality maintenance.
  • Support administrative processes related to fundraising booth applications, scheduling, approvals, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide recruitment and onboarding administrative support, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and preparation of documents, equipment, and system access for new staff.

職務需求

資格:

  • 具學士學歷,商管、企管相關科系尤佳。
  • 具 1 年以上行政、營運或募款支援相關工作經驗,具非營利組織募款經驗者或熟悉街頭勸募工作為佳。
  • 成果導向並致力於達成目標。
  • 細心、注重細節。
  • 能在財務、採購及資料流程中維持高準確度。
  • 能同時處理多項行政與營運任務,並有效優化重複性工作流程。
  • 具內部及外部協作經驗。
  • 良好的人際溝通、協調及文件管理能力。
  • 對國際事務及無國界醫生人道救援活動具備高度興趣及使命感。
  • 精通中文,並具備基本的英文能力。

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration or related discipline.
  • 1 years of relevant work experience in administrative, operational, or fundraising support roles. Fundraising experience in NGO sector or Face-to-Face fundraising is an asset.
  • Results-oriented and committed to deliver objectives
  • Attentive to details
  • Attentive to details and able to maintain accuracy in financial, procurement, and data processes.
  • Multi-tasking: ability to handle several administrative and operational tasks simultaneously and find efficient ways to streamline repetitive work.
  • Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Strong commitment to MSF’s humanitarian aid work
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and Basic level of English

▌ 無國界醫生在台灣

2016年4月,無國界醫生組織於台北設立辦事處。2019 年正式成立財團法人無國界醫生基金會。

1) 積極與台灣公眾和公民社會接觸,就全球人道危機和衛生緊急情況進行宣傳、支持和倡導;
2) 招募台灣的醫療和非醫療人員,派遣至現場項目工作;
3) 從台灣捐助者籌款,直接支持無國界醫生的社會使命和醫療人道活動;
4) 與台灣社會和公益組織互動交流;
5) 在台灣舉辦移工健康促進活動,協助移工提升自我照護和緊急應變力。

    ▌ An international, independent medical humanitarian organization

    Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) translates to Doctors without Borders. We provide medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. Our teams are made up of tens of thousands of health professionals, logistic and administrative staff - bound together by our charter. Our actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence and neutrality. We are a non-profit, self-governed, member-based organisation.

    MSF was founded in 1971 in Paris by a group of journalists and doctors. Today, we are a worldwide movement of nearly 68,000 people.

    ▌ MSF in Taiwan

    MSF opened a representative office in Taipei in 2016 and became a Foundation in 2019.

    MSF Taiwan office focuses on 3 key pillars:
    1) Active engagement with Taiwanese public and civil society on global humanitarian crises and health emergency for awareness, support and advocacy purposes;
    2) Recruitment of skilled Taiwanese medical and non-medical staff to dispatch to field project;
    3) Fundraising from Taiwanese donors to directly supports MSF Social mission and medical humanitarian activities.
    4) Engage and collaborate with Taiwanese society and non-profit organizations.
    5) Organize health promotion activities for migrant workers in Taiwan to enhance their self-care and emergency response capacity.
