1. Require intensive communication with customers who are currently making inquiries;
2. Handle customer needs and respond to email quotations;
3. Make preliminary assessments of customer requirements (trading conditions, production processes, product requirements, after-sales services) to respond to customer needs immediately;
4. Track customer trends;
5. Responsible for quoting customers and confirming orders;
6. Determine the method of shipment and payment collection matters.

1. Positive work attitude and strong resistance to stress;
