【GoingCloud】Solution Architect (GenAI)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a professional technical consultant to enterprise clients, understanding business needs, presenting proposals, and providing architecture design and solution planning for AI/ML and GenAI applications on AWS.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, demos, and PoCs tailored to specific client use cases and business goals.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, business-relevant language that enterprise clients can easily understand.
• Work closely with internal business development, product, and engineering teams to deliver customized, value-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solution Architect, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of LLM and GenAI concepts such as Prompt Engineering, Chatbot workflows, or RAG.
• Basic system architecture knowledge to outline technical solutions.
• Familiarity with basic machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Strong communication skills, able to create clear and persuasive presentation decks and confidently deliver technical talks or demos in client-facing scenarios.
• Willingness to work across teams and adapt to a dynamic and collaborative working environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to explore new GenAI technologies and trends.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with developing LLM-based applications.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (SAP) certification.
• Experience participating in end-to-end AI/ML projects from requirements gathering, data pipeline design, model development, to deployment and client enablement.
• Prior experience in a consulting firm, system integrator (SI), or a client-facing service delivery environment.
• Experience in handling multiple concurrent client projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate in English for cross-border collaboration is a plus.

Our interview process consists of two stages.

• The first round is an interview with the hiring manager and People Team, primarily to understand your relevant past experiences. (Onsite)
• The final stage is your interview with our GM. (Onsite)
