我們正在尋找一位能夠精準將「商業需求與使用者洞察」轉譯為「可執行技術規格」的產品經理，與商務、設計與工程團隊緊密合作，推動產品從規劃到落地。

🧭 What Are We Building?

We are developing our core integrated hardware-software products while continuously evolving our AI digital avatar management platform, TheKeeper. Our mission is to bring AI technology into real-world content and interaction scenarios, creating products that deliver both strong business value and excellent user experience.

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager who can accurately translate business goals and user needs into executable technical specifications, and work closely with business, design, and engineering teams to bring products to life.

🛠️ 工作內容:

1. 產品規格與藍圖規劃 (Spec & Roadmap)

• 負責自有 IP 的 AI 互動機器人規劃，撰寫詳細的產品需求文件 (PRD) 與功能規格書 (Functional Spec)。
• 與 Design / Tech Lead 協作定義產品流程、互動體驗與關鍵情境。
• 規劃 API 架構與資料流邏輯（與 Tech Lead 協作），確保系統的可擴展性與安全性。

2. 產品迭代與數據驅動改善

• 追蹤產品上線後的數據表現，優化數位分身的互動體驗與後台易用性。

3. 專案推進與跨部門協作

• 協調利害關係人（開發、設計、商務、客戶等），管理需求優先級與交付節奏。
• 協助規劃版本上線、驗收與文件交付流程，確保品質與時程。

🛠️ Responsibilities

As a Digital Product Manager, you will take ownership of product planning, iteration, and cross-functional execution for TheKeeper platform and related AI interaction products:

Product Specification & Roadmap

Plan AI interactive bots and digital avatar products for proprietary IPs, and produce detailed PRDs and functional specifications.

Collaborate with Design and Tech Leads to define user flows, interaction design, and key usage scenarios.

Work with Tech Leads to design API architecture and data flows, ensuring scalability and security.

Product Iteration & Data-Driven Optimization

Monitor post-launch performance and user feedback to continuously improve interaction experiences and admin usability.

Propose actionable product improvements based on data insights and real-world usage.

Project Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a central coordinator across engineering, design, business, and external stakeholders.

Manage backlog priorities, development cadence, and release planning to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Support product launch, acceptance testing, and documentation processes.

必備條件

3 年以上軟體或網路產品經理經驗（具 SaaS 或 B2B 平台經驗尤佳）。

具備良好的技術理解力，能閱讀 API 文件，理解前後端架構、資料流與 AI 模型的基本運作方式。

優秀的規格撰寫能力，能產出工程團隊可直接執行與驗收的文件。

良好的溝通與協調能力，能平衡商業需求、使用者體驗與技術限制。

能使用 Vibing Coding 或相關工具產出 Working Prototype，加速需求驗證。

加分條件

具備與 SI 廠商合作或軟體專案外包管理經驗。

曾規劃 AI 相關產品（如 LLM、TTS、RAG）。

具備 IoT 或 AIoT 產品經驗。

對文創、內容或 IP 產業有興趣與理解。

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a software or digital product manager (SaaS or B2B platform experience preferred).

Strong technical literacy, including the ability to read API documentation and understand frontend/backend architecture, data flows, and basic AI model concepts.

Proven ability to write clear, executable, and testable product specifications.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to build working prototypes using Vibing Coding or similar tools to accelerate validation.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience managing software projects with SI vendors or outsourced development teams.

Hands-on experience with AI-related products (e.g., LLM, TTS, RAG).

Background in IoT or AIoT products.

Interest in content, creative, or IP-driven industries.
