Role Description / Responsibilities

Going Cloud is a technology company focused on AI and cloud solutions. As a Visual Designer, you are not just creating assets; you need to understand product values and technical logic. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Design teams to transform complex concepts into clear and persuasive brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand & System Identity: Plan and maintain the brand and system visual identity for Going Cloud.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in maintaining website promotional content.
  • Consistent Design: Create consistent promotional designs based on marketing and sales strategies.
  • Multi-platform Production: Produce various print and digital assets extended from the brand or product visuals.
  • Task Management: Independently prioritize tasks, understand goals, communicate progress, and deliver results on time.

Requirements

🎯 必備條件 

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in visual design or related fields.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Design Fundamentals: Strong design foundation with a clear understanding of the differences between print and web design.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly explain design concepts and collaborate effectively across teams to solve problems.
  • Industry Interest: Passionate about the AI industry, eager to learn new design trends, and sensitive to digital technology shifts.

  • Information Design: Ability to transform complex data into easy-to-understand visual content.
  • Effective Communication: High efficiency in professional communication.
  • Motion Graphics: Skills in After Effects for creating motion designs.
  • Frontend Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML5/SCSS and the principles of RWD (Responsive Web Design).

Language Skills: Proficiency in English or Japanese to handle design needs for different regions.

Interview process

Our interview process consists of two stages.

  • The first round is an interview with the hiring manager and People Team, primarily to understand your relevant past experiences. (Onsite)
  • The final stage is your interview with our GM. (Onsite)
