Job Description

Responsibilities:

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and partner channels.
    • Support relationship-building with key stakeholders to understand needs and goals.
    • Assist in developing consultative sales approaches and delivering solution presentations (e.g., cloud migration, AWS optimization, Atlassian integration).
    • Contribute to contract discussions and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Help track pipeline status, report market insights, and represent the company at selected events.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • 1 to 3 years of B2B sales or client-facing experience in IT/Cloud/Software.
    • Relevant background in solution or consultative selling preferred.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and align with stakeholders.
    • Willingness to learn negotiation and closing skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
    • Able to work both independently and in a team, with occasional travel as needed.

    Interview process

    Our interview process consists of two stages.

    • The first round is an interview with the hiring manager and People Team, primarily to understand your relevant past experiences. (Onsite)
    • The final stage is your interview with our GM. (Onsite)
