【GoingCloud】Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for cloud and AI initiatives: from requirement gathering, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to risk control and final delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure resource alignment and project milestones are met
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure compliance with SLA and quality standards
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting agendas, and issue logs
• Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies for rapid deployment and iterative delivery

Requirements:

• 3~5 years of experience in IT or cloud project management, preferably with exposure to SaaS or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with AWS platforms with hands-on deployment experience
• Solid understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to present insights effectively
• Data-driven decision-making and progress monitoring

Nice to Have:

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner)
• Experience working in B2B solution consultancy service is a plus.

Our interview process consists of two stages.

• The first round is an interview with the hiring manager and People Team, primarily to understand your relevant past experiences. (Onsite)
• The final stage is your interview with our GM. (Onsite)
