- Engaging customer to explain technical detail of product offering
- Gather and clarify technical requirements and issues.
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance of on-premise AI systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with assistance of Engineer
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions in detail.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of hardware configuration, software application and AI application
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Solid understanding on current Generative AI trend and solution offering
- Able to articulate complex technical knowledge to layman explanation.
- Solid understanding on SDLC, deployment and support cycle of Software product.
- Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiar with hardware components (i.e., MB, CPU, GPU, SSD, DRAM).
- Technical Skills:
- Linux command
- DevOps
- Generative AI
