We empower governments, enterprises, and channel partners with sovereign AI infrastructure, high-performance enterprise SSDs, and on-premise AI solutions to build a stronger, more connected digital economy.

We are now expanding our presence in Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines and are seeking ambitious talent to join us as a Sales & Business Development Manager.

Position Overview

As the Sales & Business Development Manager, you will spearhead business expansion in Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines, build strong government and enterprise relationships, and grow our local channel partner ecosystem. You will be the face of MaiStorage in the market—driving growth, forging partnerships, and positioning our AI and enterprise storage solutions as trusted technologies across sectors.

This role reports directly to the Acting CEO / VP Business Operations at MaiStorage Technology and will collaborate closely with and receive support from our Technical and Solution Team to deliver value to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines across public sector, enterprise, and strategic industries.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored for the Thai/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines market.
  • Build strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to expand MaiStorage’s footprint.

Sales Management

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with government, enterprise, and channel accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations and proposals, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to HQ.

Government & Public Sector Engagement

  • Build and maintain networks with Thai/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines government agencies, regulators, and state-linked companies.
  • Monitor and leverage government policies, incentives, and procurement processes.

Channel & Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage local channel partners, distributors, and system integrators in Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines.
  • Implement partner programs and ensure partner success through enablement and regular business reviews.

Collaboration with Technical Teams

  • Work closely with MaiStorage’s Technical and Solution Team to design tailored solutions for customers.
  • Leverage technical expertise from HQ to support pre-sales, solutioning, and post-sales customer success.
  • Ensure alignment between customer needs, technical capabilities, and product development roadmap.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Represent MaiStorage at key industry events, exhibitions, and conferences in Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that support Thai/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines business development initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to HQ teams.
  • Uphold MaiStorage’s values of compliance, integrity, and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and building enterprise/government accounts.
  • Solid network with Thai government stakeholders and state-linked enterprises preferred.
  • Experience managing channel/partner ecosystems in technology, IT, or enterprise solutions.
  • Knowledge in AI and enterprise storage solutions is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently while coordinating with HQ in Malaysia.
