Main responsibilities:Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:• Enter and update customer information in the database.• Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product or service using scripts.• Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.• Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed, and coordinate with Manager to response to clients.• Filing & documentation.• Handle other customer service/sales administration tasks as assigned. Requirements:• Bachelor degree or above in any fields.• English fluency.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Hard-working, careful & be an active learner.• Good communication & time management skills.Benefits:• Learning about insurance brokerage business & working skills relating to client management.• Working in the professional & dynamic environment.• Working time: 40 hours per week, 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.•Salary, Bonus: as negotiation.•After passing the internship period, a successful candidate will be considered to work with LK for a full-time position.
