Job Description

Main responsibilities: 

Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:

• Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product or service using scripts.• Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.

• Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed, and coordinate with Manager to response to clients.• Filing & documentation. 

• Handle other customer service/sales administration tasks as assigned. 

Requirements:• Bachelor degree or above in any fields.

• English fluency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Hard-working, careful & be an active learner.

• Good communication & time management skills.

• Working time: 40 hours per week, 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.

• Salary, Bonus: as negotiation.

• After passing the internship period, a successful candidate will be considered to work with LK for a full-time position.
