Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a French restaurant or bistro setting
• Extensive knowledge of French cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Creativity and a passion for culinary excellence, demonstrated through innovative menu development
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
• Food safety certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and other departments
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
• Minimum of 5 years working in restaurants
• Background in French cuisine preferably
