【Role Positioning for Global Young Talent】
We are a technology-driven team in the AI server power domain, focused on power solutions for cloud computing and data centers. With Green Data Centers as a key growth engine and a strong global footprint, we provide engineers the opportunity to collaborate across regions, work on cutting-edge power management technologies, and participate in the full product lifecycle—from development and validation to mass production.
職務需求
【Job Responsibilities】
1.Firmware Development & Maintenance for Power Products Develop, validate, and maintain firmware for power products, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and maintainability.
2.Firmware Architecture & Modular Design Plan firmware architecture and modular design, and support development schedule tracking and process management to ensure high-quality delivery.
3.Continuous Improvement of Design & Development Process Drive ongoing improvements in module design and development workflows to enhance code quality, readability, reusability, and overall team efficiency.
4.Customer Issue Analysis & Technical Support Provide technical support and solutions for customer-side or mass-production issues, working cross-functionally to diagnose, fix, and verify root causes.
