【Position】 【LIGHT SEEKER Intern】HR Tech & Talent Analytics Intern_Human Resources Center
【Location】 Taipei Neihu
【Project Name】 Recruitment Process Optimization and Employer Branding Data Analysis Project
【Department Introduction】
Corp HR – Dedicated to enhancing talent acquisition efficiency and employer brand impact through data-driven strategies and digital tool implementation.

【Goal】
.Enhance talent pool activation rates and increase remarketing precision.
.Reduce recruitment administrative workload through automation tools.
.Optimize employer branding and the candidate experience.

【Project Content】
.Talent Pool Audit & Analysis: Cleanse existing talent data and establish a tagging and classification mechanism.
.Employer Branding Insights: Design and analyze surveys for candidates/new hires to identify brand strengths and weaknesses.
.Automated Process Implementation: Utilize tools like Power Automate or n8n to integrate recruitment systems with communication platforms (e.g., Email/Teams) for automated interview notifications or thank-you letters.
.Data Dashboard Creation: Visualize data using Power BI and provide actionable reports for recruitment optimization.
.AI Recruitment Automation Proposal & Execution: Assist in evaluating the feasibility and accuracy of AI-driven resume screening or AI interview tools.

【Milestone】
Month 1: Familiarize with the recruitment process, complete talent pool data cleansing and auditing, learn automation tools, and produce a preliminary process prototype.

Month 2: Execute employer branding survey analysis, officially launch the talent pool automation process, and deliver the final presentation on AI recruitment automation.

【Deliverables】
.Employer Branding Analysis and Optimization Report (PDF/PPT).
.Talent Pool Automation Workflow (Power Automate/n8n Flow).
.AI Recruitment Automation Proposal and Execution.

【Tool Used】
1. Power Automate or n8n

Persyaratan

【Major】
Majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.

【Ability】
.Logical & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify patterns and insights from complex or unstructured data.
.Digital Agility: Willingness to learn and adopt Low-code/No-code automation tools.
.Project Management: Ability to plan independently and ensure timely delivery of projects.
.Communication: Ability to clearly articulate analysis results and findings.
.Chinese Reading Proficiency: Nice to have.
