【Project Name】 AI-Driven Production Anomaly Alert System
【Department Introduction】
The Advanced Technology Development Department focuses on developing key technologies for next‑generation products, including new materials and processes, backlight and optical innovations, and CAE simulation.

Through scientific validation and cross‑disciplinary engineering, the department provides a strong technological foundation that accelerates new technology adoption and enhances product performance.

【Goal】
1.Establish an automated process for collecting production data.
2.Improve the efficiency and quality of yield-rate data consolidation.
3.Build a real-time anomaly detection and alert mechanism.
4.Enhance production data transparency and decision-making speed.

【Project Content】
1.Integrate Power Automate with OneDrive to enable automatic collection, transfer, and synchronization of production data, reducing delays and errors caused by manual data imports.
2.Automatically generate yield reports to standardize report output and ensure real-time updates, reducing manual processing time and improving data accuracy.
3.Trigger instant notifications (Email/Teams) when abnormalities occur, shortening response time and allowing process engineers to take action more quickly.
4.Use a pilot project to validate the benefits of automation and establish a replicable framework for future deployment across other product lines.
5.Build a more real-time and traceable production information flow to support faster, data-driven decision-making for management.

【Milestone】
7/11:Gain proficiency in using Power Automate for workflow automation and process design.
7/25:Understand the definitions and data logic of each field within the production reports.
8/1:Complete the automated workflow for consolidating and generating yield reports.
8/8:Implement the automated alert mechanism for anomaly notifications.
