【Project Name】
【Department Introduction】
The Technology Development Department (TDD) within OPS is a core research and development organization focused on optoelectronic semiconductor products. It supports new product development through simulation driven design, measurement methodologies, and process innovation.

【Goal】
To develop AI-based measurement algorithms compliant with international standards (e.g., **JESD51-1**) that significantly reduce human judgment errors, improve result consistency and reproducibility, and substantially enhance overall measurement and reporting efficiency. The role aims to transform traditionally manual, experience-driven analysis into a reliable, automated, and engineer-friendly system.

【Project Content】
1. Establish Standards-Compliant Measurement Data Processing and Analysis Foundations
2. Define and Integrate Physics-Informed Prior Models
3. Develop Algorithms and AI Models
4. Build Decision Confidence Mechanisms and Automated / Manual Decision Flows
5. Design Human–AI Collaboration Workflows for Exceptional Scenarios
6. Automatically Generate Formatted Analysis and Decision Reports
7. System Integration and Toolization (Windows Environment)

【Milestone】
Milestone 1 (Week 2): Foundation & Feasibility
Milestone 2 (Week 4): Algorithm / AI Stabilization
Train and validate algorithm
Milestone 3 (Week 6): Validation & Delivery

【Deliverables】
1. A system capable of fully automated thermal resistance segmentation and numerical evaluation using algorithms and/or AI learning
2. Automated results equipped with decision confidence evaluation and exception fallback to manual review
3. Reusable tools or modules for measurement engineers and analysts to apply in daily work

【Tool Used】
1. Python（data processing, algorithm development, AI modeling）
2. Copilot Web（script assistance, code refinement）
3. Local model inference（e.g., TensorFlow local runtime, ONNX Runtime）
4. Executable packaging（EXE build, Python modules, internal tooling）

【Major】

【Ability】
1. Strong programming skills (Python or related languages)
