【Project Name】 AI Learning Support Interlock and Operation Efficiency
【Department Introduction】
Smart Life Applications Business Unit (SLA) develops integrated solutions for smart homes and smart buildings, covering security, surveillance cameras, and enterprise networking products such as Wi-Fi APs,Mesh routers, and switches to enable high-speed, reliable connectivity.

The primary mission of Logistic and Quality Management Department (LQM) is to support the BU in achieving its established targets, including both top-line and bottom-line goals. This is accomplished by strengthening interlock operations and resolving various technical challenges in quality, engineering and production management.

【Goal】
By leveraging AI tools to analyze various types of data—including inputs, outputs, and production cycle times across different lines and stations on the shop floor—the system compares actual performance against standards, identifies issues, and provides recommendations to the factory. Through continuous data monitoring, it also tracks whether the factory is correctly implementing improvement actions. This iterative process helps address human oversight and experience gaps, while further enhancing operational efficiency.

【Project Content】
1. Requirements clarification & current-state assessment: map interlock workflows, data sources, field mappings and access control.
2. Data collection & governance: integrate SAP/MES/Working hours input data; perform cleansing, missing/outlier handling.
3. Prediction & diagnostics models: build classification/anomaly-detection models for interlock triggers, yield degradation, and CT anomalie.
4. Real-time/near-real-time monitoring & alerts: set thresholds, control limits, and model-score cutoffs; trigger Teams/email flows.
5. Visualization & decision dashboards: show line health, anomaly hot spots, root-cause trees, and improvement progress.
6. Effectiveness verification & continuous improvement: validate with before/after; collect feedback, tune parameters, version control, and transfer know-how.
7. Optimize line assignment based on the daily on-duty headcount.

【Milestone】
• Week 1: Kick-off, requirements confirmation, and data inventory.
• Week 2: Data cleansing, feature creation, and data dictionary completion.
• Week 3–4): Model v1 completed and validated in golden line.
• Week 5: Dashboard and alert workflow go live (pilot).
• Week 6: Model v2 with parameter optimization and cross-line scale-out.
• Week 7–8): Effectiveness review, documentation, and handover.

【Deliverables】
1. Interlock dataset and data dictionary.
2. Prediction/diagnostics models.
3. Decision dashboards (line health, anomaly hot spots, improvement tracking, plan of production line worker allocation).
4. Alerting workflow documentation (Teams/email/system integration).
5. Effectiveness evaluation report (methods, results, limitations, next steps).
6. Operations manual and training materials.

【Tool Used】
Data analysis tool, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, MES/SFC integration tools

Persyaratan

【Major】
Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

【Ability】
1. Data cleansing & feature engineering skills; familiarity with ERP and MES data.
2. Understanding of ML basics and evaluation metrics.
3. Proficient in SQL and at least one visualization tool.
4. Able to write maintainable Python code and use Git for version control.
5. Structured communication, documentation, and presentation skills; cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing/quality/IT.
6. Knowledge of quality management tools is a plus.
