By leveraging AI technology, the department aims to improve operational efficiency and generate exception insights. 【Goal】 Build an AI-assisted exception alert mechanism to detect abnormal transaction signals and provide early insights for reviewers and management. 【Project Content】 1) Define exception rules and thresholds for key abnormal signals . 2) Prepare and standardize source data (SAP exports/Excel) for consistent detection and reporting. 3) Generate an exception alert list and early-insight summary (Top exceptions, impact, trend) for management review. 4) Testing & validation: review alert usefulness and adjust thresholds. 5) Continuous improvement: establish a feedback loop to refine rules and improve signal quality over time. 【Milestone】 W1–W2: Project proposal W3–W4: Build detection prototype and exception alert outputs . W5–W6: UAT ; refine thresholds and document SOP. W7–W8: Pilot run; deliver one-page highlights and KPI performance report. 【Deliverables】 • Exception rules & thresholds • Exception alert list and early-insight report 【Tool Used】 Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel/Power Query/Power BI/ Power Automate |
