- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Sarjana) jurusan Teknik Sipil
- Pengalaman di bidang renovasi rumah, konstruksi, MEP, atau sipil (minimal 2 tahun).
- Memahami alur dan teknis pengerjaan proyek rumah tinggal.
- Terbiasa bekerja di lapangan dan mampu memecahkan masalah secara cepat.
- Komunikatif, rapi dalam administrasi, dan mampu bekerja dengan banyak pihak.
