Job Description

  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan mitra Homecare terkait jadwal kerja dan estimasi biaya proyek.
  • Melakukan kunjungan langsung ke rumah customer untuk monitoring proses pekerjaan.
  • Memastikan kualitas pekerjaan mitra sesuai standar perusahaan.
  • Menjadi penghubung antara customer dan tim Homecare untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
  • Memberikan laporan dan evaluasi terhadap kinerja mitra Homecare di lapangan.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Sarjana) jurusan Teknik Sipil
  • Pengalaman di bidang renovasi rumah, konstruksi, MEP, atau sipil (minimal 2 tahun).
  • Memahami alur dan teknis pengerjaan proyek rumah tinggal.
  • Terbiasa bekerja di lapangan dan mampu memecahkan masalah secara cepat.
  • Komunikatif, rapi dalam administrasi, dan mampu bekerja dengan banyak pihak.
  • Penempatan : Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
