Relationship Management Specialist (Furniture Product)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menjalin kerja sama dengan mitra pembiayaan (bank, multifinance) untuk pembelian paket Furniture.
- Koordinasi terkait program promo cicilan untuk paket Furniture yang ditawarkan.
- Memberikan edukasi kepada pelanggan mengenai skema cicilan, prosedur pengajuan, dan simulasi anggaran untuk harga paket Furniture.
- Mendukung tim penjualan dalam proses pembelian dengan fasilitas kredit
- Memastikan kelancaran proses pengajuan cicilan hingga approval
Persyaratan
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Sarjana) dari jurusan apapun.
- Pengalaman di bidang Sales pada perbankan, multifinance, atau KPR/kartu kredit (min. 2 tahun)
- Memahami prosedur pembiayaan, kredit konsumer, dan pengajuan cicilan
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan membangun relasi yang kuat
- Aktif, persuasif, dan berorientasi pada target
- Memiliki jaringan dengan lembaga pembiayaan menjadi nilai tambah
- Penempatan : Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
