3. Order Oversight : Manage customer orders, track shipment progress, and ensure timely product delivery.
4. Project Coordination: Monitor project timelines, provide regular updates, and implement effective goal management.
5. Quotation and Evaluation: Handle customer inquiries, evaluate feasibility, and oversee project execution while fostering strong client relationships.
6. Client Interaction: Communicate with and host customers, understand their needs, and offer exceptional service to establish long-term relationships.
7. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market and customer data to inform strategic decisions.
