資訊維運經理｜IT Manager

Position Overview
Lead and manage IT operations to support our FinTech products and business operations while maintaining high availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure across cloud platforms and IDC environments.Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage IT team operations
2. Plan, build, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows-based services （Active Directory、Exchange）
3. Oversee office IT service operations and maintenance（NAS / Email / PC / Laptop / FTP）
4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure IT service delivery meets business needs
5. Manage IT budget and resources
6. Support internal and external compliance audits（e.g. PCIDSS, financial regulatory examinations）
7. Maintain system stability and reliability to support our FinTech products

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2. Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in team management
3. Technical expertise in:
   • Windows system management (Active Directory / IIS / WSUS / LDAP / RADIUS)
   • Network protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP)
   • Firewall configuration
   • OSI model and DNS
   • Virtualization technologies
   • Server hardware management (iDrac, iLO, Storage)
   • VPN setup and troubleshooting
   • IDC facility management and maintenance
   • Cloud platform management (AWS/Azure/GCP)
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
5. Experience in supporting compliance audits and examinations (e.g., PCIDSS, financial regulatory examinations)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with regulatory compliance and audit preparations
2. Experience in e-commerce, FinTech, or financial services industry
3. Experience in managing IT infrastructure in regulated environments
