Technical Management Trainee (Chinese speaking)

Our client is a 100% Chinese owned company, manufacturing electronics components.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to understand operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of mechanical engineering projects to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Participate in process engineering initiatives to streamline workflows and improve overall operational effectiveness.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and technologies to drive continuous improvement in operations.
• In-depth understanding of our products, technologies, and customer needs.
• Work with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Participate in regular assessment and feedback sessions to provide input and suggestions on training experiences.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Chinese, basic English communication
• Can participate in overseas training for 1-2 months (China, Asian countries)
• Background in electrical/electronic engineering
• College degree or higher in engineering/technical.
