MarCom executive (Chinese - English speaking)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Accountable for facilitating communication and interpreting tasks between the Project Director and relevant departments;

· Coordinate the translation of investment analysis reports and investment plans prepared by analysts and investment experts, and present them to the department head;

· Promptly address the input of investment experts and analysts, and relay the Project Director's directives;

· Engage with corporate clients and provide feedback on communication outcomes to the department head, while also conveying the Director's perspectives and suggestions;

· Arrange and transform monthly reports, target company analysis reports, and industry analysis reports into PowerPoint presentations for showcasing;

· Supervise customer information, ensuring regular updates and enhancements;

· Aid in the completion of additional assignments delegated by superiors.

Language proficiency: Proficient in Chinese (candidates with English communication abilities will be prioritized)

• Appearance criteria: Pleasing appearance / demeanor;
• Self-assured demeanor, optimistic outlook, excellent communication skills, adept at diplomacy, available for business travel;
• Proficiency and background:

• Experience: Preferably with 02 years of experience/expertise in the financial investment sector in a comparable role;
• Proficient in information retrieval, information synthesis, market analysis, adept at delivering presentations and reports;
• Proactive approach, strong sense of responsibility in work, adheres to deadlines.
