Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential Junior Frontend Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. At IsCoolLab, you will focus on rapid feature execution and UI component development to support our scalable RPA and AI platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the UI of the RPA platform using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with Backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs.
- Write unit and component tests to ensure basic code quality.
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve coding skills.
- Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and fixing UI bugs.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in frontend development.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript ES standard.
- Experience with React and its core concepts (e.g., Hooks, Functional Components).
- Basic knowledge of TypeScript (ability to define standard interfaces and types).
- Familiarity with frontend state management and data fetching concepts.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to communicate in English.
- Passion for programming, eagerness to learn new technologies, and dedication to code quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Redux Toolkit / RTK Query.
- Experience with UI component libraries (e.g., Material UI).
- Experience with unit testing libraries (React Testing Library, Vitest, Jest, etc.).
- Basic understanding of frontend validation (e.g., Zod).
- Familiarity with build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.).
Additional Qualifications:
- Maintain a startup mentality.
- Proactive in asking questions, eager to learn from teammates, and willing to document learning outcomes.
