Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to act as a Technical Anchor for our core RPA product, Robotiive, and our AI solutions. Moving beyond just writing code, you will take ownership of frontend architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and most importantly, code quality review. You will serve as the final gatekeeper against technical debt, ensuring that our codebase meets rigorous "Enterprise-Ready" standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and modernize the UI of the RPA platform using React and TypeScript.
- Evaluate and select appropriate frontend libraries to solve technical challenges or replace outdated solutions.
- Identify legacy patterns and refactor the codebase to align with modern React best practices.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Maintain and optimize frontend build processes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Backend engineers to design and integrate RESTful APIs.
Persyaratan
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript ES standard.
- Strong proficiency in React and its modern best practices.
- Good understanding of the React ecosystem.
- Proficiency in complex state management and data fetching in React applications.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Git version control.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to communicate in English.
- Passion for programming, eagerness to learn new technologies, and dedication to code quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Redux Toolkit / RTK Query.
- Experience with bundlers or build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.).
- Experience with unit testing libraries (React Testing Library, Vitest, Jest, etc.).
- Experience with runtime data validation and schema declaration (e.g., Zod).
- Experience with Electron.
- Experience with E2E testing.
- Knowledge of design patterns and system design principles.
Additional Qualifications:
- Maintain a startup mentality.
- Share knowledge with teammates, write documentation, and contribute to improving collaboration.
