International Business Development Manager (Vietnam)

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven International Business Development Manager to lead our market expansion in Vietnam. This role will be responsible for developing local partnerships, driving revenue growth, and executing go-to-market strategies for our AI-powered automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Vietnam market entry and expansion strategy
• Identify key industries and business opportunities (e.g. manufacturing, logistics, retail)
• Conduct market analysis and competitive positioning

Partnership & Sales

• Develop and manage relationships with local partners, SI, and enterprise clients
• Drive full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal, negotiation, closing
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions

Business Growth

• Own revenue targets and business KPIs for Vietnam market
• Build and execute scalable go-to-market strategies
• Represent the company in regional events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Must Have

• Vietnamese nationality preferred
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English (Chinese is a plus)
• 3 years experience in Business Development / Sales / International Business
• Strong track record in closing deals and managing partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI / SaaS / Software / Automation / RPA industry
• Experience working with cross-border or Taiwan-based companies
• Existing network in Vietnam (enterprise / SI / distributors)
• Startup or early-stage market experience
