Intecular is a fast-growing smart home technology startup transforming everyday infrastructure into intelligent, design-forward experiences. As we continue to scale across the U.S., we are looking for a driven and experienced advertising professional to take ownership of our paid media growth.
This role will be instrumental in scaling our e-commerce business through high-performing digital campaigns, with a primary focus on the Meta ecosystem (Facebook and Instagram). You will be responsible for both strategy and execution, working closely with our team to continuously test, optimize, and expand our paid acquisition channels. We would like this role to be filled and onboarded ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage paid media performance across Meta (Facebook Instagram), from campaign setup to scaling
Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Create and iterate on high-converting ad creatives and copy in collaboration with internal or external creative teams
Optimize campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximize ROAS
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvements through A/B testing
Explore and support expansion into additional channels such as Google Ads, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
Deep understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including funnel strategy, audience segmentation, and creative testing
Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency (ROAS, CAC, LTV awareness)
Skilled in copywriting and creative strategy, with a strong sense for what drives conversions
Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data and making data-backed decisions
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes ownership of results
