Assistant Cybersecurity Researcher 資安助理研究員

We are seeking an Assistant Research Fellow with keen observation skills and a passion for research. This position will involve in-depth involvement in forward-looking cybersecurity issues, with a focus on supporting integrated analysis of cyber warfare (such as infiltration and data theft) and cognitive warfare (such as information manipulation and public opinion guidance), combining current events and geopolitical considerations to produce policy recommendations and professional analytical reports. Job Responsibilities

• Cyber Warfare and Cognitive Warfare Research: Support research related to cyber attack and defense (such as infiltration, data theft, and countermeasures) and cognitive warfare (such as information warfare, psychological warfare, and public opinion guidance), and assist in the writing of professional analytical reports and data compilation.
• 資通電戰與認知作戰研究：支援網路攻防（如滲透、資料竊取、反制行動）與認知作戰（如資訊戰、心理戰、輿論引導）之相關研究，並協助專業研析報告的撰寫與資料彙整。

• Global Security Situation Monitoring and Support: Monitor international cybersecurity dynamics and geopolitical situations, and track and analyze the evolution trends of various attack methods (TTPs).
• 全球安全情勢監控支援：監測國際資安動態與地緣政治局勢，追蹤並分析各類攻擊手法（TTPs）的演進趨勢。

• Policy Recommendations and Professional Analysis Reports: Write policy recommendations and research papers with practical reference value to assist clients in formulating precise defense strategies and contingency plans.
• 產出政策建議與專業研析報告：撰寫具備實務參考價值的政策建言與研究論文，協助客戶制定精準的防禦策略與應變計畫。

• Tracking threat trends: Researching practical cases of specific threat actors in cyber warfare and cognitive warfare, analyzing how they integrate technical means and social engineering to achieve their strategic objectives.
• 追蹤威脅趨勢： 研究特定威脅來源（Threat Actors）在資通電戰與認知作戰中的實作案例，分析其如何整合技術手段與社會工程（Social Engineering）以達成其戰略目標。

Requirements

• Writing research reports and papers; proficient in English writing preferred.
• 撰寫研究報告與論文，精通英語寫作者尤佳。

• Interdisciplinary background in cybersecurity, psychology, international relations (IR), or information technology; able to conduct in-depth, multi-dimensional analysis of complex cyber attack and defense and cognitive warfare issues, and possess the professional ability to transform technical indicators into strategic insights.
• 擁有資通安全、心理學、國際關係（IR）或資訊技術等相關跨領域背景，能夠針對複雜的網路攻防與認知作戰議題進行多維度的深度解析，並具備將技術指標轉化為戰略洞察的專業能力。

• Minimum 2 years of experience, with research papers on related topics (e.g., cyber warfare analysis, preferably in government/military units or non-governmental organizations.
• 至少2年工作經驗，論文研究為相關主題(如：網路戰分析、認知戰分析、資安研究)，具備政軍單位、非政府機構組織工作經驗優先。
