  1. Operations (50%):
    • Daily operations supervision.
    • Staff scheduling.
    • Facility maintenance oversight.
    • Basic reporting.
    • SOP implementation.
  2. 2Team Management (25%):
    • Supervise daily staff operations.
    • Basic training coordination.
    • Team scheduling.
    • Staff attendance management.
  3. Member Experience (15%):
    • Service standard implementation.
    • Basic member feedback handling.
    • Facility cleanliness oversight.
    • Safety protocol adherence.
  4. Administrative (10%):
    • Basic reports preparation.
    • Inventory management.
    • Document filing.
    • Time attendance records.

职务需求

  1. Professional Requirements:
    - 2–3 years of HOTEL OR GYM operations experience (MUST).
    - 1–2 years of team management experience.
    - Track record in luxury brands, high-end hospitality, or premium fitness centers.
    - Basic English communication skills.
    - Bachelor's degree in related field.
  2. Essential Qualifications:
    - Strong understanding of fitness center operations.
    - Deep insight into luxury customer expectations and behaviors.
    - Ability to build and maintain relationships with VIP members.
    - Basic business analytics skills.
    - Effective planning and execution abilities.
    - Experience in staff management and training.
  3. Core Competencies:
    - Excellence in organization and management.
    - Leadership and inspiration capabilities.
    - Sophisticated communication and situation handling.
