Main Responsibilities:

Melakukan manajemen insiden keamanan IT, termasuk identifikasi, analisis, dan tindak lanjut.

Menangani permintaan dan tiket helpdesk keamanan IT secara efisien dan profesional.

Melakukan fine-tuning konfigurasi, rule, dan policy pada perangkat keamanan untuk menjaga performa optimal.

Mengelola dan memantau tata kelola perangkat keamanan (security device governance).

Menyusun dokumentasi dan laporan berkala terkait aktivitas serta status keamanan sistem.

- Berdomisili di JABODETABEK
- Level Junior / Operator
- Latar belakang di bidang IT Security (lebih diutamakan) atau bidang IT lainnya
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1–2 tahun
- Bersedia standby on-call di luar jam kerja
