As the Talent Acquisition Officer specializing in mass hiring at Home Credit Vietnam, you will be instrumental in the recruitment process for the Sales Division (Sales Assistant, Telesales Operator), Risk and Payment Advice Division (Field Payment Advise, Tele Payment Advise) - in 63 provinces.
Your key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fulfill hiring goals.Create compelling job advertisements to enhance Home Credit's brand image and attract a diverse talent pool.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.Utilize effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates for various positions.Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
