[HCL x ANZ] Project Manager (Regulatory banking projects, Mandarin fluent)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and coordinate regulatory projects across the region, engaging with international stakeholders and managing a team of approximately 10 members. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managed services projects, with a focus on regulatory compliance, preferably within Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of regional regulatory projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee infrastructure-related aspects of the project where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure technical alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor and manage a team of 10 members, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in project or product management.
• Proven track record in regulatory projects; Financial Services Regulatory experience is highly preferred.
• Strong background in managed services project delivery.
• Experience managing medium-sized teams (10+ members).
• Demonstrated experience working with software development teams in a project management capacity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Fluent English + Mandarin are required).

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, or similar certification.
• Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
