Gogolook is a leading TrustTech company established in 2012. A founding member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA), Gogolook has also teamed up with a number of institutes such as the Taiwan National Police Agency Criminal Investigation Bureau, the Financial Supervisory Service of South Korea, Thai Royal Police, the Fukuoka city government, the Philippines Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center, and the Royal Malaysia Police and state government to fight fraud and ultimately, to build a trustworthy communication network with the largest number database in East Asia and Southeast Asia.

In July 2023, TrustTech provider Gogolook (stock code: 6902), was listed on the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB). In May 2025, Gogolook officially submitted an application to the Taiwan Stock Exchange for reclassification to the General Board, positioning it to become the first new economy software company to make this transition.

Founded in 2020, Roo.Cash is a fintech brand under Gogolook (Stock Code: 6902), dedicated to enabling people to “manage finances with peace of mind and consume wisely.” We partner with over 30 leading financial institutions in Taiwan, providing users with access to more than 200 financial products and comparison services.

Through AI-driven innovation and inclusive finance practices, Roo.Cash has been recognized with the Digital Financial Award and the Wealth Management Award for its contributions to financial education and fraud prevention. By integrating generative AI into our platform, we have developed our proprietary fraud-prevention applications, along with the intelligent Q&A assistant “Roo AI.” Our mission is to provide trustworthy financial guidance and consumer advice, delivering reliable information and legitimate consultation channels to all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term business strategies for banks and various financial institutions to drive product and service sales growth.
  • Gain deep understanding of the business needs of banks and financial institutions, and design customized fintech solutions to support clients’ digital transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the market exposure and co-marketing initiatives of the Roo.Cash brand; negotiate marketing resource allocation with clients and drive joint promotional projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align marketing activities with business strategies, ensuring consistency with sales objectives and enhancing brand influence and customer engagement.
  • Continuously monitor financial market trends and competitive dynamics, proactively identify new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and explore new product lines to expand business coverage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of fintech or related B2B sales experience targeting banks and financial institutions, with strong understanding of enterprise clients’ needs and decision-making processes.
  • Strong strategic planning and market analysis capabilities, with sharp business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; able to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with fintech products, market trends, and relevant regulations, with hands-on experience driving digital transformation for financial institutions.
  • Strong results orientation and decision-making abilities; capable of creating opportunities within existing client frameworks to expand partnership scale.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading a team to achieve annual revenue targets exceeding NT$100 million, with multiple years of double-digit annual growth.
  • Business development experience in banks or large financial institutions.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing operations.
