1.熟稔2D圖面、3D繪圖，AutoCAD、Pro/E等工具。
2.具機械工程知識，如機械工程原理、材料力學。
3.工作責任心強，做事細心，良好學習心態。
4.具備創新思維，能夠提出新穎且可行的設計方案。
5.優秀的分析能力，能夠進行結構評估並提出改進建議
