JOB DESCRIPTION : Giving a warm welcome to all guests coming into the Restaurant & Bar and help to create a memorable experience Assessing customers’ needs and preferences, making recommendations, and taking beverages orders Display a thorough knowledge of all beverages served and to have a good understanding of all the menus Inform customers about new beverages and specials Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages by selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving the beverages to customers Accountability for maintaining inventory in the bar area Maintain a clean and sanitary work area Overall responsible to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of bar, equipment and utensil, and to support the preparation and production for operation.
