ABOUT THE ROLE:

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Giving a warm welcome to all guests coming into the Restaurant & Bar and help to create a memorable experience
• Assessing customers’ needs and preferences, making recommendations, and taking beverages orders
• Display a thorough knowledge of all beverages served and to have a good understanding of all the menus
• Inform customers about new beverages and specials
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages by selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving the beverages to customers
• Accountability for maintaining inventory in the bar area
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area

• Overall responsible to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of bar, equipment and utensil, and to support the preparation and production for operation.

REQUIREMENTS :

• · Max age 35 years old
• · Basic knowledge of classic cocktail
• · Basic knowledge of COGS (cost of goods sold)
• · Ability to create alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• · Have good knowledge about coffee and able to make coffee

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task in a highly demanding environments
• Skills in service area
• Cheerful personality

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
• Having bartender or mixologist training certification is a plus
• Those candidates with knowledge of Alcohol and its varieties and coffee blends are encouraged to apply.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Max age 28 years old (preferably female)
• Excellent English proficiency in both writing & speaking
• Have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge about the Food and Beverage Business is a plus

• A target oriented, proactive attitude, discipline and a responsible person

• Professional look and behavior
• Able to work with team
• Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS powerpoint)
• Familiar with social media platforms (instagram and tiktok)
• Have a private vehicle and SIM A or C
QUALIFICATIONS :

• D3/S1 education in any major
