1. Risk Management:
- Provide support for Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities, including incident reporting and monthly and quarterly risk reporting.
- Support Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) activities by assisting with documentation review and validation.
- Contribute to Risk Awareness Week initiatives by brainstorming new ideas, designing quiz platforms, consolidating and analysing results, preparing content for Workplace/Spotlight, and coordinating gift orders and delivery.
- Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and Call Tree exercises, in line with guidance from the line manager or supervisor.
- Arrange monthly risk induction sessions or ad-hoc risk training as required.
2. Compliance:
- Support the implementation of compliance initiatives through coordination, meeting arrangements, and project follow-up.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory updates, especially on Distribution Governance (Conduct), and track compliance status with relevant departments.
- Help conduct compliance risk assessments to identify potential regulatory and conduct risks.
- Support preparation of compliance materials, including document translation and training materials on key compliance topics.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and consolidate information for compliance reviews and projects.
3. Legal:
- Support in preparing & recording the regal's documents
- Studying regal's issues relating to the company operation
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
