1. IT Governance & Security:

• Create simple AI user guides (quick tips, FAQs, and basic training materials) for non-technical users.
• Research industry trends, use cases, and best practices for AI in business.
• Identify repetitive/manual work and suggest simple automation ideas to improve productivity.
• Draft, test, and improve prompts for common tasks (docs, reports, analysis, emails) with team guidance.
• Support Responsible AI / data governance work (fill templates, collect evidence, and map controls) under guidance.
• Track key IT compliance/regulatory updates and summarize what matters to the team.

2. IT Business Analysis:

• Be involved in project phases from business requirement to system implementation as business analyst role.
• Perform system testing for projects of applying new technologies into business process.
• Document system requirement based on business need; illustrate system visualization (UI) by available tools.
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

3. IT Quality Control

• Review requirements, business rules, and design documents
• Design and execute test cases
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UAT support testing
• Identify, log, track, and verify bugs using defect management tools
• Validate UI, and integration flows
• Verify fixes and perform re-testing
• Ensure quality across different environments
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs

• Current 3rd – 4th year students or fresh-graduates from all majors who are available to work full time from June to August.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.
• Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.
• Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.
