1. Employer Branding/Employee Engagement:

  • Prepare and design internal communications following HR directions.
  • Monitor the projects’ agenda and action plans to ensure all agreed timelines are met;
  • Work with vendors, internal stakeholders to arrange logistics and deliver on-site executions of HR program/ event/ campaign/ contests.
  • Join project planning for youth and in charge of projects fit with his/her abilities.
  • Propose a new idea and implementation to promote FWD as Employer of choice for students

2. Bancassurance Recruitment:

  • Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, job sites, etc.).
  • Source and screen candidates’ CVs based on defined requirements.
  • Proactively source candidates through online and offline channels.
  • Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules with Hiring Managers.
  • Support recruitment activities such as job fairs and recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by the Recruitment team.

职务需求

  • Current 3rd – 4th year students or fresh-graduates from Human Resources/Economics/Business Administration or other related majors.
  • Available to work full time from June to August.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.
  • Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.
  • Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, open-minded.
  • Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.
