1. Financial Planning:
- Assist in preparing monthly cost center reports, OPEX tracking, and variance analysis
- Support analysis of actual spending breakdown by cost nature/ category
- Handle data collection, reconciliation, and preparation of Excel/Power BI reports
- Support the enhancement of month-end closing, automation of Payment processes, and other initiatives (Excel/Power BI/VBA).
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager
2. Financial Reporting:
- Support preparation of local statutory and management reports in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company policies
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including data collection, checking, and reconciliation
- Participate in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives (Excel, Power BI, VBA, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
3. Internal Audit:
- Support line manager to set up and participate in walkthroughs to understand business processes and internal controls.
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain supporting documents and clarify outstanding items or issues as required.
- Assist line manager with audit reviews and perform basic audit testing (e.g. sampling, data analytics, document reviews) and document results in audit working papers in line with audit standards.
- Issue closure: For selected issue closures as requested by line manager, obtain and review supporting documents to assess the effectiveness of the implemented remediation actions.
- Other tasks as required.
