产品经理 (Web3)

We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Web3 Product Manager to spearhead the development and growth of our SaaS product. This position demands a unique combination of skills in blockchain technologies, product strategy, and SaaS platforms

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for our Web3-enabled SaaS offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Web3 space.
• Have good sense of UI/UX and experience with working to designer to fine tune the user work flow to reflect the brand need
• Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation through development to launch and beyond.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in Web3, blockchain, and SaaS to inform product innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a Web3 or blockchain environment.
• Experience with Smart Contract development or auditing is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and cloud services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape.
• Demonstrated capability in strategic planning and problem-solving.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
