2. Solution Design: Collaborate with pre-sales teams to design tailored IT/Cybersecurity solutions.
3. Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, including qualifying, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
4. Client Management: Build long-term trust and coordinate with delivery teams for smooth handovers.

Freedom Systems is a Taiwan-founded Managed Service Provider (MSP) established in 2008, delivering end-to-end ICT management—including IT-as-a-Service (ITaaS), cybersecurity, cloud and virtualization, infrastructure integration, and strategic IT consulting. We serve clients through SMB, finance, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and the public sector.
After successful market entries in Thailand and Singapore, we are expanding into Japan in 2025. The Japan office operates with a startup mindset within a multinational structure—fast learning loops, broad accountability, and true ownership. Unlike traditional Japanese enterprises, we value capability and impact over tenure.
Work Location: 東京都港区浜松町2-1-17 松永ビル 9樓 (TBC)
Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (Hybrid Working Model)

【 Requirements】
1. Language: Native/Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 required for non-natives) and Fluent English (TOEIC 750+) or Mandarin.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales (IT, Tech, or Consulting preferred).
3. Attributes: High self-learning ability, independent execution, and cross-cultural communication skills.

【Preferred Skills (Plus)】
1. IT industry background from on-prem, cloud, or cybersecurity.
2. Experience in ARR business.
3. Existing industry networks or strong client relationships in Japan.
