廣告顧問助理 TV Commercial Intern（實習 / 兼職)

Enjoy TV 於八年前取得通訊多媒體 - MCMC頒發的電視特許經營執照，儘管疫情三年加劇了艱難，但我們始終秉持信念、堅定不懈，致力於打造一個擁有多元視角、三語字幕，適合各族群觀賞的影視娛樂頻道 - TV5。

TV5 不僅是 Free to Air 電視平台上的頻道，更是馬來西亞唯一華人經營、融合多元影視文化的交流平台。這份心血夢想即將在 2025年3月1日，國有無線電視 Channel105 啟播（緊接在TV3之後）。我們正在尋找一位充滿活力的廣告部銷售助理（實習），來支持我們的廣告銷售團隊！

實習工作內容：

• 協助準備廣告提案及契約，確保文檔的準確性和完整性。
• 統整客戶資訊，保持數據的及時更新並提供有助於決策的分析。
• 與節目部緊密協作，確保廣告及產品的上架過程順暢。
• 參與主管與客戶的會議，準備會議紀錄及報告。
• 處理業務相關的行政工作，提供整體團隊的支援。
• 經公司評估認可人選能力後，可提供銷售獎金
• 歡迎大學生申請，尤其是商業管理、Mass Communication、媒體、通信、廣播或相關專業的學生。
• 實習及試用期總長度：至少 3 個月

Internship Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing advertising proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

• Consolidate client information, keep data updated, and provide analysis to support decision-making.

• Work closely with the programming team to ensure a smooth process for ad placements and product listings.

• Attend meetings between supervisors and clients; take meeting minutes and prepare follow-up reports.

• Handle administrative tasks related to business operations and provide support to the overall team.

• Sales commission may be offered based on performance and evaluation by the company.

• Open to university students, especially those majoring in Business Management, Mass Communication, Media, Communications, Broadcasting, or related fields.

• Internship/trial period: Minimum commitment of 3 months.

1) 不限科系，對電視媒體業具有一定知識與熱忱即可

2) 熟練使用軟件應用程序，包括 Google Sheets, Google Doc, Microsoft Office

3) 優秀的溝通能力，關注細節，以客戶為導向

4) 能夠在遠距離工作下，保持高效率和積極參與運作和匯報工作

5) 中文聽說讀寫是必須的，英語或馬來語 (加分)

6) 學生需自備交通（會提供交通補貼）
