Your work will involve you optimizing product development to impact patients around the world with pioneering technology.How you will make an impact:• Oversee Quality system performance in Taiwan to be in compliance with ISO 13485, TWFDA regulation and Edwards Quality requirements, and ensure achievement of quality objectives• Act as strategic QA Business Partner, develop and deploy quality initiatives in alignment with business growth and quality strategy• Support New Product Launch with sufficient and agile quality readiness• Develop quality initiatives, provide quality solutions and advice for business initiatives• Cultivate a strong quality culture, continuously enhance training and quality awareness to BU and distributors• Respond promptly to customer feedback and inquiries.• Manage Local Product Quality Control and 3PL Management to ensure product safety and traceability• Oversee product quality related pre-market and post-market processes, identify and mitigate potential risks• Monitor 3PL quality performance, identify any gaps and drive solutions for improvements• Maintain and enhance local product inspection and release process to prevent any defective products released to the market• Manage local Q hold and collaborate with relevant local stakeholders to mitigate the impact (e.g. Supply Chain, Business and Regulatory Affair.)• Manage Change Control activities with 3PL and local stakeholders• Act as QA contact for local regulatory authority, lead FCA activities• Drive continuous Improvement for products and Quality-related processes• Other incidental duties

As part of the team, whether providing analysis, forecasting, or reporting financial information, your application of accurate financial business practices will play a fundamental role in how we impact the quality of life for patients all over the world. How you’ll make an impact •Partner with functional business leaders in preparation of Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and monthly Forecast, inclusive of operating expense, headcount, and capital planning in forecast system • Support coordination of monthly Forecast, Annual Operating Plan, and Strategic Plan submissions • Prepare key actuals and forecast reports and work with the rest of the team to identify and explain material changes • Work closely with business unit stakeholders and finance partners to build accurate forecasts and perform variance analysis • Develop meaningful presentations of financial data and analyses to communicate financial results, recommendations, and insights • Collaborate with management in identifying process improvements • Prepare and update documentation of Corporate FPA processes • Prepare key deliverables in support of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis and support other initiatives as needed • Assess system capabilities and process efficiencies, and make recommendations for enhancements and upgrades • Support month-end closing related data; calculate, update, and maintain product standard cost in ERP system; gathering data and generating reports in support of trend analysis • Support annual tax filings statutory external report as needed Knowledge • Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to corporate accounting • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Solid knowledge of financial concepts and principles • Expertise in own functional areas and general knowledge of other areas impacted within the business • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion What is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in Taiwan?
