Voice AI Trainer - Chinese (Traditional) Speaker (Remote, Freelance)

[About the Role]
We are looking for fluent Chinese – Traditional (CN-T) speakers to help train and improve next-generation AI voice systems. You will record short scripted lines, evaluate AI-generated audio, and provide feedback to help models sound more natural, clear, and human-like.

This role does NOT require professional studio recording experience; anyone with a clear speaking voice can apply. Individuals with voice acting or narration experience may qualify for higher-tier compensation.

[What You’ll Do]
• Record short scripted phrases and sentences in Chinese – Traditional (CN-T) with clear pronunciation and natural pacing.
• Follow simple style and tone guidelines.
• Re-record lines when needed for clarity or quality.
• Upload audio files following formatting and naming instructions.
• Listen to AI-generated audio and rate clarity, naturalness, and pronunciation.
• Identify issues such as unnatural tone, incorrect stress, awkward pauses, or background noise.
• Provide short written notes in English describing errors.
• Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks on time.

[Qualifications]
• Native or near-native fluency in Chinese – Traditional (CN-T).
• Clear and natural speaking voice.
• Ability to record in a quiet environment (professional studio not required).
• Basic ability to use a smartphone or computer for audio recording.
• Fluent written English for instructions and feedback.
• Strong attention to detail when listening and evaluating audio quality.

[Preferred Qualifications]
• Voice acting, narration, hosting, teaching, or public speaking experience.
• Ability to perform different tones, emotions, and speaking styles.
• Familiarity with microphones or basic audio cleanup.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, or speech evaluation (optional).
