[About the Role]
We are seeking a highly skilled Chinese (Traditional) language expert to help train, evaluate, and improve advanced AI language models. You will use your linguistic expertise and cultural insight to strengthen AI systems in Traditional Chinese comprehension, translation, writing, and reasoning.
[What You’ll Do]
• Evaluate AI-generated Traditional Chinese text for grammar, accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance.
• Create and review tasks including translations, paraphrases, summaries, and rewrites.
• Detect errors in tone, logic, meaning, and cultural representation.
• Produce reference answers and detailed scoring rubrics.
• Annotate Traditional Chinese content for structure and meaning.
• Generate polished content across all registers—formal, informal, technical, and conversational.
• Provide feedback to improve AI language quality and reasoning.
[Requirements]
• Native or near-native proficiency in Simplified Chinese.
• Fluent written English (C1+).
• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, Translation, Education, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
• Proven experience in translation (ZH-EN), editing, teaching, or localization.
• Strong linguistic judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and maintain consistency.
[Preferred Requirments]
• Experience with data labeling, linguistic annotation, or evaluating AI/LLM outputs.
• Familiarity with Chinese regional varieties and stylistic conventions.
• Translation certifications or similar credentials.
• Experience writing or editing technical, academic, or creative Chinese content.
• Additional language skills beyond Chinese/English.
