Durianpay is seeking a Business Development Associate to help us grow with our best-in-market checkout and payments solutions. Our goal is to be a one-stop solution for payment needs. We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us, as well as work alongside our top-notch product and tech teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential clients in the target market, as well as their business and equipment needs.Generate B2B sales from existing clients/merchants, as well as new business opportunities from enterprise clients, startups, government entities, and other client categories in need of payment solutions. This will include upselling and cross-selling.Manage a complete sales cycle from cold calls or referrals to meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and deal closings. Act as a point of contact for clients to understand their needs and respond effectively with a plan to meet those needs. Interact with internal teams, including business development, product, and operations teams. Generate daily reports on potential merchants/businesses' pipeline, requirements, and sales/closure status.Monitor client onboarding to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Collaborate with the product, tech and ops teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
