POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Position: Project Coordinator

Department: Operations

Work location: 2^nd floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC

Working time: 8:00 am - 5:50 pm, Mon-Fri (have flextime policy)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, and analyze customers' requirements and operate the project;

Directly arrange tasks for employees;

Make a contingency plan to ensure the continuity of the project;

Evaluating project situations, planning operations and reporting;

Training team members;

Evaluate employee performance, and support employees to improve their professional skills;

Other tasks assigned by the managers.

SALARY & BONUS

Base salary: competitive salary

13th-month salary

Yearly salary review in March, ad-hoc in September

Performance bonus (up to x3 base salary)

REQUIREMENTS

Good German communication skills.

Experience in project management is a plus.

Team management skills.

Proficiency in office computer.

Honesty, diligence, quick grasp of work.
